About me:

I was born in Jerusalem, grew up in Tel-Aviv, and moved to the UK to train at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
I love making theatre, writing, directing and performing. Since my graduation in 2022 i co-founded Floating Shed Theatre Company, and become an associate of Flabbergast Theatre. I'm (currently) most interested in language and it's distillation, in the invisible thread between physical theatre and rich psychological text, and theatre as a ritual.

In a nutshell:

Writing

My plays have been awarded the OffComm, won merit at the RSC's 37 Plays program and the Charlie Hartill Reserve, as well as being nominated for a Fringe First. I mainly write for theatre, but also enjoy creating for screen in short and feature-film-length forms.

Acting

I love playing and have a wide experience playing on national and international stages, as well as in TV and Film, where most recently i filmed Valley Of Tears for HBOmax, We Were The Lucky Ones for Hulu, and Landship for TinHat & Kaleidoscope.

Translating

I translate theatre in all its forms in English and Hebrew - both ways! Classics or contemporary; I love the transformation of the text as it shifts through the layers of language. I've translated for HaSimta Theatre in Jaffa, and work closely with Elad Theatre in Eilat.

Directing

I have experience directing my own projects including Passion, Rebels & Patriots as well as assisting directing for mid-scale theatre projects. Most recently, on Flabbergast Theatre's version of Romeo & Juliet at Wilton' in London.
